The monitor, resolution, refresh rate, adapter, and cable must fit the same path. DSC and MST support also control the result where Sabrent’s ceiling depends on them. Sabrent additionally states EDID and adaptive-sync support, but those vendor claims do not prove instant switching or the same behavior across every host, monitor, cable, and adapter in your path. The switch cannot manufacture a second display stream that the computer does not provide.
