Copilot+ PC is a label Microsoft assigns to Windows laptops, and every laptop below carries it in its Amazon title. They run on Snapdragon X, Snapdragon X Plus, or Intel Core Ultra chips, and none of the six listings names an AMD Ryzen AI chip.
Five of the six listings state an NPU figure, in TOPS (trillions of operations per second), from 40 up to 49. Each figure is the listing’s own number. A higher figure does not tell you which AI feature or app will run on the laptop.

The table gives each laptop’s chip, NPU figure, screen, and memory and SSD as its Amazon listing states them.

The title also names 16GB LPDDR5X memory and a 1TB Gen 4 SSD, and no bullet repeats them, so they are possibly a seller configuration. The 40 TOPS figure is a chip rating, and it does not say how fast any one feature or app runs.

Buying Guide
1. Read the NPU figure for what it is
Five of the six listings state an NPU figure, from 40 TOPS to up to 49 TOPS. Both Acer listings say up to 40 TOPS, the Lenovo says 45 TOPS, the Surface says up to 45 trillion operations per second, and the ASUS Vivobook S14 says up to 49 TOPS. The ASUS Vivobook S16 listing gives none.
A TOPS figure rates the chip, and it does not rate an app. No listing here says how fast a Copilot+ feature runs, so check the software’s own requirements. The local AI laptop guide covers the GPU and VRAM decision for large local models.
2. Choose between Snapdragon X and Intel Core Ultra
The Lenovo and Surface listings state Snapdragon X and Snapdragon X Plus, while the Acer and ASUS listings state Intel Core Ultra chips. Both Acers use the Core Ultra 5 226V and both ASUS laptops use the Core Ultra 7 355. None of the six listings names an AMD Ryzen AI chip, so a Ryzen AI laptop needs a different search.
Ask each app’s maker whether it supports Windows on your chip before ordering. The Copilot+ PC label does not answer that question, and none of the six listings makes a statement about app support.
3. Pick a screen size and panel
The six screens run from 13 to 16 inches. The Surface is a 13-inch touchscreen, both Acers are 14-inch touchscreens, the S14 is a 14-inch OLED, the Lenovo is a 15.3-inch WUXGA, and the S16 is a 16-inch OLED.
Only the two ASUS listings state an OLED panel, and only the Acer and Surface listings state a touchscreen. The Lenovo listing states neither. Decide on touch or OLED first, because no laptop here states both.
4. Check the memory and storage the listing states
A title can name a seller’s configuration. The titles of the Acer Aspire 14 AI, Lenovo, Surface, and Vivobook S16 name memory and storage that no bullet repeats, so confirm them on the order page. The Vivobook S14 states 32GB and 1TB in both its title and a bullet.
Confirm the second Acer’s storage first. Its title says 1T storage with 512GB external, and a bullet says up to 4TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Ask the seller how much of that storage is internal.
5. Match the ports to your accessories
Only the Vivobook S14 listing names its ports. It lists two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, HDMI 2.1 TMDS, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. None of the six listings names a Thunderbolt or USB4 port.
If you plan to use a Thunderbolt dock or a high-resolution external display, check the maker’s specification for the exact model first. The USB-C cable guide covers cables once the ports are confirmed.
FAQ
What does Copilot+ PC mean in these listings?
Microsoft assigns the Copilot+ PC label, and all six Amazon titles state it. Because all six carry the label, they fall in one category for comparison.
The label does not say which AI feature or app a laptop runs. Only the Acer Aspire 14 AI listing names Copilot+ features, Cocreator, Live Captions, and Recall.
Which laptop states the highest NPU figure?
The Vivobook S14 listing states up to 49 NPU TOPS. The Lenovo states 45 TOPS, the Surface states up to 45 trillion operations per second, and both Acers state up to 40 TOPS.
A higher figure does not tell you what a feature will do on that laptop. Compare TOPS against the requirement of the software you plan to use, and note that the Vivobook S16 listing gives no figure.
Which of these laptops use Snapdragon X?
The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3X title states Snapdragon X, and the Microsoft Surface Laptop title states Snapdragon X Plus with eight cores. Both titles also state Copilot+ PC.
Confirm that the apps you depend on support Windows on Snapdragon before ordering. Neither listing says anything about app support.
Are the RAM and storage figures standard?
No listing here says its memory and storage are a maker’s standard configuration. The Aspire 14 AI, Lenovo, Surface, and Vivobook S16 name them only in the title, so treat them as possibly a seller configuration.
Confirm memory, internal storage, and model number on the order page. The second Acer’s title and bullets disagree on storage, so ask the seller before ordering.
Which of these laptops have OLED screens?
The Vivobook S16 and Vivobook S14 listings state OLED displays. The Acer, Lenovo, and Surface listings do not use OLED wording.
Choose OLED by panel size and by whether you want touch. The Acer and Surface listings state touchscreens, and neither ASUS listing does.
Bottom Line
Choose the ASUS Vivobook S14 for the highest stated NPU figure at up to 49 TOPS and a named port list. Choose the Microsoft Surface Laptop for a 13-inch touchscreen on Snapdragon X Plus, or the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3X for a 15.3-inch Snapdragon X display with a 45 TOPS NPU.
